Our Electrical Capacitance Test (ECT®) is a highly efficient method of identifying and focusing those areas in need of attention and minimising works required.
ECT® is a non-destructive testing service offering a very simple but cost-effective way in identifying entrapped water within a roofing construction.
Once pockets of water have been accurately identified, our De-Watering Services will be used to draw trapped water and could provide a saving of up to 95% compared to that of replacing the roof.
